It does not matter what your current fitness level is, the daily exercise prescription is tailored to ensure each individual can participate. We all know, movement is medicine and ensuring a woman can get her daily therapy through movement is paramount. No longer will you be limited by your movement when you join the RWE crew.
Living rurally can be lonely. It is my mission to ensure no Rural Woman ever feels alone in her journey. With regular zoom calls, retreats and in-person catch-ups whenever we can, the RWE crew is a community where you will find your biggest supporters and best of friends. Through mindset masterclasses to education sessions covering pregnancy to post - partum, pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation, menopause and more. We are here for you.
We provide LIVE daily online workouts every week-day morning at 5:30am in 10-week term blocks. The workouts are recorded available for replay at any time. We offer a variety of workout styles, including HIIT, Tabata, Strength and Conditioning. Whether you are young or old, new to fitness or a self-proclaimed fitpro - RWE has something for you. Each session offers alternatives, regressions and progressions so that every individual is catered for. Need extra support - your trainer is only too happy to answer your questions and guide you on your journey.
In our masterclasses, we talk about all things from mindset to menopause, pelvic floors, core, mobility and more. Whatever our crew needs help with we will do our best to cover. Got a hot topic you want to discuss - contact us and we’ll do our best to cover it.
