How does it work?
We currently run terms, where we workout online every weekday morning LIVE or on replay. Simply join the private Facebook group where the workouts take place (you will get an email with the link once you’ve paid your term fees). You will get a fb notification every time the workouts goes LIVE. Simply click the notification to be taken straight to the days workout. If not, you can go directly to the group and the first post will be the LIVE video in action. Comment ‘hello’ when you arrive and ‘done’ when you reach the end of each workout so I can follow along with where you are up to.
Is this an app?
This is not an app. This is a real live person waking up to workout with you.
What time are the workouts?
Workouts are LIVE at 5:30am every weekday.
How long is a term and how much does it cost?
We run 4 x 10 week terms per year following the QLD school terms. The cost to participate for the term is $125 and payment is required upfront. You will receive a copy of our Terms and Conditions when you join.
Do I need any special equipment?
You don't need any special equipment to complete the workouts. Depending on where you are at, you can and will make good use of a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and resistance bands. These will help you get the most from your workout. If you aren’t in a position to access these, you can get creative with household items or simply continue to do the workouts bodyweight only. Whether you incorporate weights at some point or not will depend on your goals however as research tells us, progressively overloading your weight/resistance has maximum benefit for the body in relation to lean muscle mass and bone density. As we age, we automatically start losing these so best to combat it with a set of weights. What size weights you get will depend on your current fitness level. Please reach out for individual advice on this.
How long do the workouts go for?
30 mins! We are all short on time these days so I'm all about quick and effective workouts. I know that your time is limited before kids wake up or your partner needs your help or you’ve got to get out the door to work. I ensure the workouts have maximum effect in minimum amount of time. Plus we also know that over-exercising puts your body into a high stress state and one of my main goals here is to help relieve some of your stress. 30 mins is the perfect amount of time to get your heart pumping, muscles activated and good vibes running to help you achieve your goal.
How many days a week do we workout?
I workout LIVE 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. The workouts are recorded LIVE and uploaded into the private Facebook group for you. It's up to you to choose when you complete the workouts on replay and repeat your favourites at any time!

What if I can't get on the LIVE?
Don't worry! The workouts are recorded and uploaded into the private Facebook group for you to complete at any time that suits you during the program.
I'm wanting to return to exercise after having a baby. Are your workouts suitable?
I am a MumSafe™ trainer and Safe Return to Exercise accredited. Each Mum I train will be at different stages of their recovery post partum and so I always advise that you see a Womens Health Physio before commencing any exercise program. They are our eyes on the inside and can assess your pelvic floor and core muscles to make sure you are ready to return to exercise. Head to www.mumsafe.com.au to find a WHP in your area.
Do I have to be a Rural Woman to participate?
No of course not! My programs were created for Rural Women firstly because I am one so I know what it’s like, but also because I know how hard it is to access gyms or pt services in rural communities. However! That being said, in the times we are in, access to these services has been made harder for our city folk as well. So, no matter where you live, if you would like to workout from home with me please feel free to head to join in!
